Testimonials

Augie was great to work with on buying our first home.

"Auggie was great to work with on buying our first home." ~ Jessica Jones FEB2026

"Great Service! Excellent Communication!" ~ Greg Wisecup MAR2025

"Auggie was fantastic! We were purchasing a home remotely but he made it effortless! He cleared his schedule to show us homes every time we were in town and he took videos of homes when we couldn't be in town. He also was good at recognizing our needs and preferences so that he would knock out houses that he knew we would not like. We would definitely recommend Auggie to anyone looking for a home in the Smoky Mountain area!" ~ Jodi Barringer MAY2024

"Auggie is hands down the most patient and diligent agent we have worked with! It's been years we've been researching our cabin. I actually called a different agent and found he was the agent to work with. I'm so glad she sent him to us! The fact that these properties sell so quickly was a challenge we faced. This was not an issue for Auggie. He was so kind. Every property he took videos sent them right away and never ignored a phone call or text. Finally found our property in Pigeon Forge and closed in June. Just came back this past weekend for our first visit. When we walked into the cabin it felt like home! If you are looking for a place in the Smokies, Auggie is the agent to work with bar none! Thanks Auggie! We are so pleased." ~ Carla Jagodzinski AUG2023

"Worked with Auggie Florian while I was living in CA to help me find and purchase a home in TN. He was very professional and found the perfect home for me. Everyone from his Realty Office was great to work with and provided the best customer service!" ~ Mark Bisson AUG2020

"Auggie was great! After working with Auggie online reviewing properties, I finally made a trip to Gatlinburg to view properties with Auggie. I failed to find what I was Looking for on that trip. I finally found it and I bought a property sight-unseen. Auggie was great to work with in this situation. I would recommend him to others." ~ Buyer MAY2018

"Auggie is a fantastic agent. He worked with us over a year before he found the perfect place for us. He guided us through the whole process and was the reason it ran as smoothly as it did. We highly recommend Auggie and will call on him again, should we buy another home." ~ Robert & Celia Joyce MAY2018

"Auggie Florian was very helpful in finding my home in Sevierville, TN. He took all the time needed to look through houses involved with the purchasing process. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Florian as a real estate agent." ~ Buyer MAR2018

"Auggie was very professional, prompt, and friendly during the search for our home. We spent several days looking at different homes and he would have the tentative scheduling and access to the homes arranged the evening before. Once the contract was agreed on, he went above and beyond by arranging the surveying and home inspection. I would recommend Auggie if you are looking for a home in the future." ~ Buyer MAR2018
