Confirmation of Agency

Confirmation of agency is a written agreement between agent and the buyer/seller as to how the agent will represent the client.  Our sellers will always be represented as a Designated Agent for the Seller, however; Buyers have an option as to how they might want to be represented.  Most buyers, once a connection is made with their REALTOR, want to be represented by their buyers agent rather than the agent being a Facilitator.  By representing a buyer as a Buyers Agent the buyer can be at ease that he/she has an agent WORKING FOR THEM!
