Marc’s passion for the Smokies and the surrounding area began when he was 6 years old and vacationed from South Florida with his family. After exploring the national park, spending time in some of the tourist hot spots and soaking up the quaint mountain culture, his family fell in love and relocated to a small farm in Sevier County about a year later. After growing up in the shadows of the Great Smoky Mountains and later marrying his high school sweetheart and starting a family of his own, Marc spent the first 20 years of his career working in tourism and hospitality management before transitioning into real estate where he is excited to use his expertise of the area and love of the mountains to help his clients reach their dream of finding the perfect mountain property.
